You retain ownership of all your data — business info, agent configs, and call data. We never claim ownership of your content. See our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use EmmaCall to:
You are responsible for complying with all call recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction. EmmaCall provides consent announcement tools, but legal compliance is your responsibility.
Pricing is as displayed on our website. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. You are responsible for all charges under your account.
We strive for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We'll provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance.
Cancel anytime from account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period. Data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. You may export your data before then.
Limitation of Liability
EmmaCall shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify EmmaCall from claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.
Modifications
We may modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
